Allergies and Houston

April 2011

For many folks in Houston allergy season is a trying time of the year.  Thanks to our weather and geography allergies can be tough to deal with.  But wait....there are places worse than Houston to be if you suffer from allergies; at least that is the case from the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America!  They just released a list of "The Most Challenging Places to Live With Spring Allergies" and this is one list we don't want to be #1 on!

Allergies are just part of life here that we have to learn to live with, but there are ways you can improve your quality of life.  We can't change the outside air, but you can follow this advice to improve the air quality in your home.  As always...I hope this helps!
