We've all heard it a million times..."keep an eye on your credit score".  While this is sound advice, not everyone understands their credit score and what it means.  questions about credit abound.  What is a good score?  What is used to calculate a credit score?  Once I understand what my score is, how do I improve it?

This blog is intended to clear up some of these questions and put you on the path to an excellent score.  Debt and poor credit scores can weigh on a person financially, mentally, and physically.  Whether you’re looking to refinance your home, eliminate one of your credit cards, or pay off your student loans, developing a plan for eliminating debt and raising your credit score is the first step toward accomplishing those financial goals.
